The “Standardized Electronic Invoice” became effective in January 2025, marking a significant step towards digital invoicing.
FEN is a comprehensive Standardized Electronic Invoicing System. It is software that allows users to create, issue, transmit, and receive electronic invoices in accordance with the standards and procedures prescribed by the DGI (General Directorate of Taxes).
System users are divided into two main categories: DGI employees and taxpayers.
